The TI Secretariat
  • The Secretariat, based in Brussels and headed by Secretary General Russell Patten, maintains close contacts with the European Institutions and coordinates the work undertaken by the experts of our association.
  • The Secretariat is composed out of five members and run by Grayling consultancy.
