Food Safety and Cold Chain

Working Group 2 covers a wide field of technical issues related to food safety and the cold chain.
Special focus is thereby given on the further development of the Agreement on the "International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs and on the Special Equipment to be Used for such Carriage" (ATP) as well as on a harmonised application of the ATP in all countries.
In this regard, Transfrigoroute International’s Working Group 2 cooperates as an expert organisation with the responsible Working Group (WP.11) of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE).
